Trust & Safety
How we actually protect people on this platform.
Most "Safety" pages on adult sites are marketing copy. This isn't. Below is what we actually do, with what tools, with which partners, and how to reach a human when something goes wrong. If anything here turns out not to be true, tell us and we'll fix it (or fix the page).
01 Who we are protecting users from
The biggest risks on a random video chat platform, in order of how often we see them:
- Bots and recorded loops pretending to be real people, usually to drive traffic elsewhere
- Scammers and sextortion — fake "girls" who try to get you to a paid site, then threaten you with screenshots
- Harassment — abusive users hopping accounts
- Minors — users under 18 trying to access an adult platform
- Non-consensual content — recording or redistributing other users without permission
- CSAM — illegal content involving minors (zero-tolerance, see section 5)
02 The moderation stack
Three layers, in this order:
Layer 1 — automated detection (instant)
- WebRTC fingerprinting catches recorded-loop "live" streams within 5 seconds
- NSFW classifier flags content that breaches the user's stated SFW/NSFW preference
- Behavioural model flags rapid-fire signup patterns (signup-then-spam-then-quit, classic scammer behaviour)
- Known-bad device fingerprints and IPs are blocked at the edge before they reach the matching pool
Layer 2 — human moderation (24/7)
- Moderation team is on shift 24/7 across 3 timezones
- All user reports land in a queue with a 4-hour median response target
- High-severity reports (suspected CSAM, threats of violence, self-harm) jump the queue automatically
- Moderators have access to session metadata only — not the contents of private chats — unless escalated
Layer 3 — community reports
- Every chat session has a one-click Report button, visible at all times
- Reports are anonymous to the reported user — we never share identity of reporter
- Repeat false reporters are also actioned (retaliation reporting is a violation)
03 Age verification
Every user signs up with a confirmation that they are 18+ (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). For users in jurisdictions that legally require it (UK, France, Germany, Texas, Utah, Louisiana, and others as legislation passes), we use a third-party age verification provider that does not send us the user's ID — only a pass/fail signal. Full details on our Age Verification Policy page.
04 Tools for users
- Report button — every session, one click
- Block list — block any user permanently from re-matching
- Skip behaviour — clicking Next never shows you the same user twice within 24 hours
- SFW mode toggle — if you toggle into SFW you only match other SFW users
- Camera-off mode — chat anonymously without video, supported on all pages
- Account deletion — one-click from Settings, wipes within 30 days
- Privacy-mode browsing — masks your IP from the matched user via WebRTC turn relay
05 Zero tolerance — minors and CSAM
Content involving anyone under 18, or that appears to involve someone under 18, is illegal and is treated as such. Every single suspected case is:
- Removed from the platform immediately by the moderation team
- Reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline within 24 hours
- Reported in parallel to INHOPE hotlines for non-US jurisdictions
- Preserved per legal hold so law enforcement can subpoena the evidence
- Logged in our Transparency Report with exact counts each quarter
The account behind it is permanently banned, the device fingerprint logged, and any cross-platform identifiers (Discord, Telegram, Reddit handles mentioned in chat) forwarded to NCMEC.

08 What we want from you
Hit the Report button when something's wrong. Don't try to "handle it yourself" by arguing with someone or screenshotting and posting them publicly — that escalates, and our tools handle it faster. If a user is breaking rules badly enough that you want to escalate beyond Report, email [email protected].
