DMCA Policy
How to report copyright infringement — and what happens next.
If someone's posted your copyrighted material on OmegleSluts without permission, we want to know. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid takedown notices fast — usually within 24 hours.
01 Where to send a notice
DMCA Designated Agent
OmegleSluts LLC — Copyright Agent

Put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line so we don't miss it.
02 What your notice needs to include
For us to act on a takedown, the notice has to contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised agent).
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you're claiming was infringed.
- A direct link (URL) to the infringing material on our site — vague descriptions slow things down.
- Your real-name contact info: full name, mailing address, phone, email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that everything in your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.
Missing any of these and we can't legally process the notice — please save us both a round trip.
03 What happens after we get a valid notice
- We remove or disable access to the material, usually within 24 hours.
- We notify the user who posted it and forward your notice.
- If they file a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless you file a lawsuit.
04 Counter-notices
If you posted content that got taken down and you think it shouldn't have been, you can file a counter-notice. It needs your signature, identification of the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.
05 Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content get terminated. No second chances after the third strike.
06 Don't abuse the process
Filing a false DMCA notice can land you in legal trouble — including liability for damages and attorney fees. Make sure you actually own (or are authorised to represent) the work before you send anything.
