Our Terms of Service are the legal document. This page is the human version — what we expect from you, what we'll do about it if you break the rules, and how to appeal if we get it wrong.

01 The short version

Be over 18. Treat strangers like humans. Don't post anything illegal. Don't record or share anyone without their consent. Hit Report instead of escalating. That's basically it.

02 What's allowed

We're an adult platform. NSFW is the default — that's the whole point. As long as everyone in the session is a consenting adult who knows what they signed up for, you're free to do whatever consenting adults do. We're not here to moralise.

03 Hard rules Instant ban

These get a permanent ban on first offence, no warning, no appeal that ever wins:

• Anyone under 18 in any visual, audio, or text. Not "looks young." Not "claims to be 19 but maybe." We err brutally on the side of caution and we report to NCMEC.
• Non-consensual content — anyone visible who didn't consent to being on camera in this context. Includes recording other users to redistribute.
• Threats of violence, sexual assault, or self-harm directed at another user.
• Doxing — sharing someone's real name, address, workplace, or other identifying info without consent.
• Bestiality, gore, or "shock" content staged to harass other users.
• Coordinated sextortion or financial extortion.

04 Soft rules Warning → suspension → ban

First offence usually gets a warning or temporary suspension. Repeat = permanent.

• Harassment — slurs, abusive language, sustained insults after the other user has tried to disengage.
• Spam — repeated links, "join my Telegram" pasted into every chat, bot-like behaviour.
• Off-platform solicitation in bad faith — funnelling users to scam sites, fake cam services, malware.
• Impersonation — pretending to be a specific real person (celebrity, public figure, another user).
• Evading bans — making a new account after being banned. Detection is good; you'll get caught.
• Mass false reporting — using Report as a harassment tool against users you don't like.
• Sharing CSAM or pointing users to CSAM elsewhere — instant ban + NCMEC report.

05 Etiquette Not enforced

• Have your camera on if you want others to. It's a video chat platform.
• If someone says no to something, that's the end of that conversation about that thing.
• Skip respectfully. Don't insult someone on the way out — just hit Next.
• Use SFW mode if you're not actually here for NSFW. People matched to NSFW expect NSFW.
• Don't ask for personal info you wouldn't share yourself.

06 What happens if you break a rule

07 Appeals

If we've banned you and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] with your account name and a one-paragraph explanation of why you think the ban was a mistake. A different moderator from the one who made the original decision reviews appeals. Median appeal turnaround: 5 days. Overturn rate in Q1 2026: ~11%.

Appeals for permanent bans on hard-rule violations (CSAM, doxxing, threats) are almost never overturned — please don't expect one to be.

08 Reporting other users

Every chat session has a Report button. Use it instead of trying to deal with problems yourself. Reports are anonymous to the reported user. We won't share that you reported them.

For things bigger than a single session (a user who's harassed you across multiple accounts, sextortion attempts, suspected CSAM elsewhere), email [email protected] — that goes to a human, 24/7, with a 2-hour median reply.
