Who we are, why we built this, and what we're trying to fix.
When the original Omegle shut down in late 2023, a whole generation of people lost the one place on the internet where you could just open a tab and meet a stranger. The clones that popped up afterwards were either dead, full of bots, or so heavily moderated they may as well have been a kids' TV show. OmegleSluts is our answer to that — a random video chat built for grown-ups, run by people who actually care about it.
01 What we do
We run a random, one-on-one video chat for verified adults. You hit Start, we pair you with someone, and you take it from there. No friend lists to build, no scrolling, no algorithm pushing you towards "content". Just real people on the other side of the screen.
02 Why we built it
We were users first. After months of bouncing between half-broken Omegle alternatives — getting matched with bots, paywalls, ads disguised as girls, or just blank screens — we got fed up and started building the site we actually wanted to use. Two engineers, one community moderator, a lot of coffee. It went live in 2024 and has grown by word of mouth ever since.
